In our last article we talked about a number of tricks for revitalising an old house that haven’t been inhabitated for a while. In this post we will present an easy and fast way for giving lots of potential to the house and attract a significant number of costumers: decorate a model appartement.
The beaufitul village of Beckenried, in the canton of Nidwald, right on the border of lake Lucerne, is the ideal place for nature lovers. Not far from the village center a complex of 14 new apartments have been constructed and are waiting for the new occupants. Kyburz Immobilienservice GmbH was responsible for furnishing a model apartment before the clients’ visits. The owner of the building was aware that the vast majority of his potential clients don’t have an accurate special awareness so he decided to furnish one of the apartments with cardboard furniture so the buyers’ emotions prevail over price.
