- Pets/animals are not accepted in the Residence
- Nearest public Parking “Sardaigne” a few minutes walking distance from the Residence
- Bike parking is available free of charge in the Residence’s courtyard.
Upon reservation tenants must provide :
- ID (Passport or ID card), and permit of residence if aplicable
- Working contract, 3 last payment slips
- Attestation de non-poursuite.
- Guarantee of lease” opened with a Swiss Bank.
