For a hassle-free stay we have a few furnished apartments with 3 rooms available, size from 30 to 40 m², at Residence de France located just a few minutes’ walk from Parc Mon-Repos and the lake. There is direct tram access to the United Nations (tram stop 3 minutes away on foot).
Monthly rent: from CHF 2,650.–
Included: water, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi internet.
Provided: complete bedding, bath towels, and kitchenware.
Free access to the residence’s laundry room, equipped with washing machines and dryers.
Additional costs:
• Radio and TV broadcasting fee in Switzerland – see information at www.serafe.ch
• Visitor’s tax: CHF 60.– per person per calendar year, depending on the resident’s tax status.
This apartment is designed for a maximum occupancy of 2 people.

General conditions :
- Stay of two consecutive month minimum, no maximum length of stay
- Rented from the 1st or the 16th of a month
- Notice of departure one month in advance for the 15th or the 30th/31st of next month
- Rents : payment by cash (Swiss Francs only) , bank transfer or credit card (except Diners or American Express)
- Rent is due each beginning of the month, in advance.
- Deposit of guarantee through “Guarantee of lease account” opened via a Swiss Bank. No guarantee via SwissCaution, FirstCaution or similars accepted.
- Pets/animals are not accepted in the Residence
- Subject to availability : parking space in the residence, at extra cost.
Upon reservation tenants must provide :
- ID (Passport or ID card), and permit of residence if aplicable
- Working contract, 3 last payment slips
- Attestation de non-poursuite.
- Guarantee of lease” opened with a Swiss Bank.
