With its surface of approx. 329 m2 EPP, the premises would be suitable for multiple activities: offices, liberal professions, retail store, or wellness activities. An option exists to link these commercial spaces to commercial premises 3 which is located directly next to the Place de la Gare and which could lend itself to either an office, a trade or a cafeteria in transit for the new Mies station. Note that for each condition, an authorization request is requested from the municipality of Mies.
On the ground floor, the room presents itself with a reception area, with large picture windows overlooking the road to the Station.
