I have a room to rent in my apartment as my old roommate has moved back to France. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom is shared and all living areas & kitchen are also shared. I live 30 seconds from Nyon train station which is 14 minutes to Geneva and 25 minutes to Geneva Airport. The Lake Leman is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, with an absolutely stunning view of Mt Blanc, so the location is really ideal. Migros La Combe is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. With all the shops and amenities close by. The rent is 1350CHF + 50CHF which covers all costs. I am an easy going friendly person, looking for someone who is like minded :) I am doing visits ASAP so, please do not hesitate to reach out should you wish to see the room.
