Hi everyone, I am returning a lovely studio of 38 square meters at the 10th floor of the students residence Silo Bleu (http://silobleu.ch/). The apartment will become available from February 1st 2022 or upon mutual agreement. The monthly rent price is 1850.-.
The studio is located at Av. du Silo 5, 1020 Renens, Lausanne. The Renens train station can be reached in 7 minutes by walking, (the centre of Lausanne can be reached in 15 minutes overall) and the studio is only 10 minutes away from UNIL or EPLF by bike. The location of Silo Bleu is also particularly convenient for groceries shopping: Migros (with take away), Lidl, OBI, and Migrolino can be found in the building right next to the residence.
