Mies: commercial space, located next to the train station
With its total surface of approx. 329 m2 PPE, the commercial surface could be ideal for several businesses: offices, commercial activities, liberal professions or activities related to sports and well-being. An option is to combine the surfaces with the corner space commerce 3 which is suitable for offices, commercial area or a small cafeteria next to the entrance of the Mies Train station. Please note that every business is subject to the authorization of the commune of Mies.
On the ground floor, we have an open space reception area with large windows giving out on the “Route de la Gare”. On the lower level, we have 2 open space areas with dress-rooms, toilets and showers. An elevator can be installed from the entrance level to the lower level. Depending on the needs, lots of possibilities of interior separations can be discussed.
There is a possibility to rent outside or inside parking spaces (depending upon the availability).
At the entrance of Mies, in a recent building, located in the canton Vaud, in the outskirts of Versoix, in an area with apartments, shops and office buildings. 20 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes to the highway entrance and the international schools « Collège du Léman » and « La Châtaigneraie ».
The train station of Mies is right next to the building, offering public transportation, such as the Léman Express going towards Geneva or Lausanne every 15 minutes during rush hour and every 30 minutes on regular hours (check CFF schedule https://www.sbb.ch/fr/home.html fill in from “MIES,gare”).
To be added to the monthly rent: Private charges accounted for by private meters (hot and cold water, heating given by heating pump, electricity, taxes, etc.); common charges (calculated pro rata the PPE’s quotes-parts). Optional charges for the tenant: installation of the telephone and internet box and (if wanted) the installation of alarm equipment and monthly surveillance.
